Red Light Panel

The hot room is a good place to be still, and stillness is most of what this asks of you.

A tall panel of red and near-infrared emitters on a rolling stand, so it goes where you want it and comes out when you are done. Four modules stack into one continuous face, each carrying its own dense grid of lensed emitters behind a clear front, so the output stays directional rather than washing across the room.

The controls sit in a slim head across the top: a readout and a small cluster of buttons, set where you can reach them without bending. The stand rolls on four casters and the lead is coiled, so nothing trails when you move it.

It runs at 660 nanometres and 850 nanometres. The shorter wavelength stays nearer the surface, the longer one carries further in.

Wheel it in, sit down, and let it run.
