Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of yutoriforge.com (the “Site”), operated by Yutori Forge LLC (“Yutori,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What the Site offers

This Site describes hand-built cedar saunas, mahogany cold plunges, and cedar-and-copper outdoor shower work, and invites you to learn about them and visit our shop. These build descriptions are informational. Specifications, lead times, and project details are confirmed in your quote. The Site also includes a Store where you can browse priced products, add items to a cart, and continue to Shopify-hosted checkout.

Pricing and orders

Quoted builds

• We do not publish prices for sauna, cold plunge, or outdoor shower builds. Pricing is shared directly in conversation and depends on configuration, size, and options.
• A build sale becomes binding only through a separate written agreement: a quote or order you and we both accept.
• Natural materials vary in grain, color, and patina. The accepted quote or order controls the configuration and scope for a specific project.

Store purchases

Products sold through the Store have published prices and are ordered through Shopify-hosted checkout. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. Review the order details and any policies presented there before placing your order. The quoted-build process above does not apply to these Store purchases.

Visits and bookings

You can book a shop visit through the Site. Booking a visit is subject to availability and to in-person liability terms, and you may be asked to sign a waiver before using the sauna, cold plunge, or shower.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content — text, photography, video, the Yutori name and marks, and the overall design — belongs to Yutori Forge LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or submit false information through our forms.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, our scheduling provider and social media). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — regarding the Site, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Wellness and contrast-therapy information on the Site is general and research-informed; it is not medical advice. Consult a physician before using a sauna or cold plunge, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition or other medical concern.

This disclaimer concerns the Site’s content. Any product we build and sell is covered by the separate written agreement and warranty terms for that order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yutori Forge LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
