Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Yutori Forge LLC (“Yutori,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through yutoriforge.com and in the course of Store purchases, shop visits, and product inquiries. We are a small, owner-direct shop in Graham, Washington. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to talk with you and build what you order.

The short version

• We collect your email when you request our planning guide, and your name, email, and chosen time when you book a tour.
• Shopify handles your Store cart and checkout, including information you provide to place an order.
• We use this information to respond to requests, arrange visits, and fulfill orders.
• We do not sell your information. Ever.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing chris@yutoriforge.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address — when you request the backyard planning guide or otherwise contact us. A guide request includes your email, the page or form it came from, and the date and time of the request.
• Booking details — when you reserve a shop visit, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, selected date and time, and any notes you choose to add.
• Store purchases. When you add products to your cart, we send your selected items and quantities to Shopify. At checkout, Shopify and its payment providers process the contact, shipping, billing, and payment information you provide to complete your order.
• Anything you send us — the contents of emails or messages you send, including details about the space you’re planning for.

Information collected automatically

Vercel hosts the Site and processes technical request data, including IP addresses and request logs, to serve and secure it. The Site also includes Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page visits and performance. These tools collect information such as the pages viewed, referrer, browser and device type, and page performance for aggregate reporting.

The Site also uses the Google Ads tag to measure visits from our ads. Google may receive information about the pages you view, your browser and device, and the ad click that brought you here. The tag may use cookies to support this measurement. See our Cookie Notice for details and controls.

When you use the Store cart, a cookie identifies your cart so we can retrieve your selected items from Shopify. See our Cookie Notice for detail on cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To send the planning guide or other materials you request.
• To respond to your questions and arrange and confirm visits.
• To follow up about a build you asked about, including the quote for your sauna, cold plunge, or outdoor shower.
• To maintain your Store cart, process purchases, and fulfill orders.
• To measure visits from our advertising.
• To keep the site working, secure, and reliable, and to understand — in aggregate — how it’s used.

We rely on your consent (when you submit a form), and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running a small business, as the bases for this processing.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with the providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to do their job. Each has its own privacy terms:

• Resend. Sends requested planning-guide emails and notifications of those requests to us.
• Cal.com — handles tour scheduling.
• Vercel. Hosts the Site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Read about Web Analytics privacy and Speed Insights privacy.
• Google. Provides advertising measurement through the Google Ads tag. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and advertising technology notice.
• Shopify. Provides the Store catalog, cart, checkout, and order processing. Shopify also describes how it handles data for its own consumer services in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Google’s use of advertising measurement data is described in its linked notices. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of our conversations, then delete it when it’s no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Access or deletion — email chris@yutoriforge.com to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and we’ll honor it.
• State privacy rights — depending on where you live (for example, under the Washington My Health My Data Act or comparable state laws), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to appeal a decision. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

The site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
