90 minutes, unhurried
No sales pitch on a clock. Time to actually feel the heat, the cold, and the quiet between them.
Heat the sauna
Step into clear Western Red Cedar. Ladle löyly over the stones. Sit with the heat the way it’s meant to be done.
Plunge cold
Drop into 37°F mahogany, full immersion. The shock, then the calm. This is the part people come back for.
Rinse and close
Finish under the copper rain head. Cedar underfoot. The full contrast ritual, start to end.
